This is my first attempt at hand lettering and I think it turned out OK. The Illustration Friday theme, if you couldn't guess, is influence. 

Swell

The theme for illustration Friday is swell and I think the belly of my illustration is really swelling. It may be pregnant.

Cruel Summer

This is for the Society of Killustrators challenge to create a new cover for Bananarama's single cruel summer. This how my solution to the problem turned out. My summer seems a little more sad than cruel but Bananarama was way to pop to be cruel. I hope that you enjoy.
